How this works

  • The statements are neutrally worded versions of questions in this Berlin election debate, independent of the Wahl-O-Mat’s theses.
  • Each party is coded per statement from the chapter of its own programme shown on the Berlin-agenda page: agree, disagree, mixed, or not addressed. A party is only scored on statements it addresses: the result says “based on n of 12”.
  • Scoring is simple and identical for every party: same answer 1 point, one side neutral ½ point, opposite 0. Ties keep the official ballot order.
  • This is a rough orientation from one reading of each programme, not advice. Some parties have no 2026 Berlin manifesto; they appear with “not addressed”.
  • Summaries written 2026-09-11 in neutral wording from the documents linked in each row. They are not the parties’ own texts.

The official Wahl-O-Mat, with 38 theses answered by the parties themselves, is the more thorough tool. Wahl-O-Mat ↗

Every party is shown with the same template and the same depth. Order is the official ballot order set by the Landeswahlausschuss.
